Khun Autthanop, who also owns the construction & design contractor ‘Autthanop Engineering Co. Ltd.’ for The Eva Group, was a civil engineer and contractor on some 30 projects in the region, prior to developing The Eva Group. “I saw a gap in the market. Too many developers were focusing on profit and losing sight of what buyers wanted.”
